1. Eat more antioxidants. Over time, your body stores of free radicals that accelerate the aging process. Antioxidants fight these radicals in limited quantity and can even erase signs of aging.
  • Berries, colorful fruits, nuts, dark chocolate, coffee, fruit juices, cooked vegetables and beans are good sources of antioxidants.

2. Limit your sugar intake.
 Too much sugar in the body can cause a process called glycation. This process can damage the collagen in your skin. When this happens, your skin loses elasticity and wrinkles form more easily.
3. Limit your consumption of alcohol. A time glass of wine to time should not hurt you, but too much alcohol will bring you many health problems. Taking care of your health is a good way to retain your youth.
4. Stock up on other foods "rejuvenating". In addition to consuming healthy foods mentioned above, do lots of foods that provide your body with the vitamins and minerals it needs to repair aged skin and damaged.
  • Eat more oysters are rich in zinc. Zinc repairs the damaged skin.
  • Olive oil and avocados contain good fats that will prevent the formation of wrinkles.
  • The water-based fruits like cucumbers or watermelons, allow moisturize the skin.
  • Guava is packed with vitamin C and promotes collagen production.
  • Sweet potatoes contain beta-carotene, which helps combat skin dryness and promotes cell renewal.
  • Women should also eat more legumes, soybean, clover infusion and ground flaxseed. These foods are all good sources of phytoestrogens and so help to fight against sagging skin.
  • Eat less white rice and white bread and prefer their rice and bread complete.
