How to rejuvenate and keep hydrated skin?

Regular treatments and face creams, lotions, anti-aging, masks , natural remedies ... fans of skin care will try them all. However, what is the correct way to rejuvenate and keep hydrated skin?
Although it seems absurd,  the easiest and most effective is a night ofregenerative sleep at least 8 hours.  A full night of rest also not only good for the skin, but also to their physical and mental wellbeing.
When you sleep well, also, s i observed before the benefits of the skinthan in health. We try to understand how the rest can help to make your skin healthy and young.

Let your skin breathe

The first thing to do is make sure you wash your face properly every night before going to sleep. This allows you to remove dirt and impurities, opens the pores and allows the skin to breathe. If you do not wash your face every night, your skin will become more inclined to ' acne and wrinkles , as the closed pores will avoid the formation of collagen in the skin, so that it is necessary to stay young.

Moisturized skin before bedtime

The skin tends to become dry when you sleep, so  when finished to wash your face, apply a generous amount of moisturizer.  This will block all essential oils present in the skin and maintain smooth and moisturized .When you get up in the morning , your skin will be bright and radiant.

An important habit for the welfare of our skin is to apply a good cream around the eyes before going to sleep. This allows you to remove the bags and wrinkles under the eyes. Since the skin under the eyes is thinner, it is important to hydrate with special creams for the eye  and let the cream "fix" this delicate area of the face. Apply the cream by making a gentle motion and circular which will favor the rejuvenation of your skin.

Gentle exfoliation

Exfoliate your skin is essential. However, when it is rubbed, the skin becomes more sensitive.  Sensitive skin is more prone to damage and is vulnerable to sunlight. The best option is to gently exfoliate right before bedtime to prevent possible damage.

Hands and feet

When it comes to skin, you should not focus only on the face and neck ;even the hands and feet are important. Apply a moisturizer for the body in the hands and legs to keep them hydrated and prevent it from becoming dry and rough. Another good idea is to wear socks and gloves before going to sleep, fostering blood circulation following adherence with the skin. This, in addition to keeping feet and hands well hydrated, reduces stress and you will feel more peaceful and less tired. All this will also help you sleep better, which, as already said, in turn improves our skin.

Do not sleep on your stomach

Sleeping on his stomach with his face on the pillow promotes the appearance of wrinkles and accelerates the aging process;  therefore, even if you are comfortable in this position , it would be better to avoid it.This position also prevents the circulation of the blood and, consequently, causes the face appears more swollen and tired. Always try to avoid this position and to sleep on his stomach.

Masks for sleeping

If you do not have time to moisturize and exfoliate your skin before going to sleep, an alternative is to sleep with a face mask. It will hydrate your skin and encourage the opening of the pores. Not just wake up, wash your face with cold water for best results.
